Location:Newcastle
Salary:$100- $115K + super
Position Overview:
Engage with members over the phone to guide them through their lending options and help them achieve their goals.
Manage end-to-end loan applications, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely approvals.
Deliver an exceptional member experience while consistently driving conversion to loans.
Identify opportunities to cross-sell and match members with complementary products.
Maintain robust documentation and compliance standards.
What we're looking for:




Branch or banking experience in home lending with a strong track record of success.
Cert IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking (or equivalent).
Minimum three years of end-to-end home lending experience, with a passion for helping customers achieve their goals.
Highly organised, motivated, and results-driven.
Skilled at identifying opportunities and converting them into outcomes.
