With continued business growth, we're looking for an experienced BDM to drive new customer acquisition across QLD. About the Role
This is a true Business Development position focused on identifying, developing and securing new business opportunities across transport, warehousing, distribution and third-party logistics (3PL).
You'll work closely with prospective customers to understand their supply chain requirements and develop tailored logistics solutions that create long-term value.
You'll be responsible for:
Winning new logistics, transport and warehousing customers




Developing strategic relationships across a diverse range of industries
Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting through to implementation
Preparing tailored logistics and supply chain solutions
Building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline
Working closely with operations to ensure successful customer onboarding
Representing the business professionally within the market
Customer base:
Manufacturers, wholesalers, importers, retailers and commercial businesses
About You
We're looking for a successful Business Development Manager with a proven history of winning new business in a B2B sales setting.
Experience within logistics, transport, freight, warehousing or supply chain is highly regarded;
Most importantly, you'll demonstrate:
A proven track record of generating new business
Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
The ability to identify customer challenges and develop commercial solutions
Excellent communication and presentation skillsStrong commercial acumen
Self-motivation and the ability to manage your own sales activity
