Job Description
Sip and Savor Creation Pty Ltd, trading as Fully Promoted Springfield, is seeking a full-time Sales and Marketing Manager to lead the sales and marketing function of its branded apparel, uniforms and promotional products business in Augustine Heights, Queensland.
Fully Promoted Springfield is a locally operated showroom and production business serving organisations across Greater Springfield, Ipswich and South‐West Brisbane. The business supplies corporate uniforms, workwear, hi‐vis apparel, teamwear and promotional merchandise, supported by in‐house embroidery and digital printing, product consultation and branded ordering solutions.
About the role The Sales and Marketing Manager will plan, direct and coordinate the business's sales and marketing activities. The role will be responsible for growing revenue, developing priority customer segments, strengthening repeat business and key accounts, and maintaining a robust market position for fully promoted springfield's products and branding services.
Key responsibilities
Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies for branded uniforms, workwear, promotional merchandise and decoration services.
Set sales targets, customer acquisition priorities and service standards, and monitor performance against agreed objectives.
Research customer needs, competitor activity and market opportunities across Greater Springfield, Ipswich and surrounding business communities.
Plan and direct integrated campaigns across digital, local-area, relationship and in-store marketing channels.
Develop sector‐specific sales initiatives for trades, construction, professional services, healthcare, education, hospitality, retail, sporting clubs and community organisations.
Build and manage key business accounts, recurring uniform programs and customer retention strategies.
Direct product positioning, promotional offers and go‐to‐market activity across apparel, workwear, event products and corporate merchandise.




Coordinate sales and marketing activity with the owners, product specialists and production team so campaigns reflect stock availability, decoration capacity, lead times and quality standards.
Oversee the sales pipeline, quotations, proposals, account follow‐up and performance reporting, using customer and order data to improve conversion and repeat purchasing.
Prepare sales forecasts, marketing budgets and management reports, and recommend adjustments to strategy, channel mix and resource allocation.
Maintain consistent brand presentation and strengthen the business's reputation through customer engagement, partnerships and local business networks.
Guide sales and marketing staff in campaign execution, customer relationship management and achievement of performance targets.
Qualifications and experience
A bachelor degree in a relevant field is mandatory; a higher qualification is preferred.
Demonstrated experience planning and implementing sales and marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
Experience developing client, partner and stakeholder relationships and identifying new business opportunities.
Ability to research customer needs, competitor activity and market trends and translate findings into practical growth initiatives.
Experience negotiating commercial terms, managing key accounts and supporting customer retention.
Experience preparing proposals, presentations and sales pitches for business customers and stakeholders.
Ability to monitor sales and marketing performance, prepare forecasts and management reports, and recommend improvements.
Strong communication, negotiation, analytical and stakeholder‐management skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with sales, marketing, product and operational teams in a results‐focused environment.
This is a permanent, full-time and on‐site position based at Fully Promoted Springfield in Augustine Heights, Queensland. Salary: $80,000 per annum plus statutory superannuation. This position is only open to Australian citizens and permanent residency visa holders.
