Our client is a well established residential builder that's looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to join their team.
With a strong pipeline of architectural renovations, remedial and occasional fit out projects, this is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a leadership role within a smaller business and close knit team.
The Role
You'll be responsible for managing multiple residential projects at various stages across Sydney's Eastern Suburbs. While you'll oversee several jobs, you'll generally only be visiting one site each day, coordinating trades, managing programmes and ensuring projects continue to run smoothly.
Responsibilities
Manage residential renovation and remedial projects from site.
Coordinate trades and subcontractors.
Monitor quality, safety and construction programmes.
Liaise with clients, consultants and the internal team.
Ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.
Maintain robust relationships with subcontractors and suppliers.

About You
Experience as a Site Supervisor, Foreman or Leading Hand on residential or remedial projects
Carpentry trade background
(essential)
Cert IV in Building and Construction
(highly regarded)
Strong understanding of residential construction.
Able to manage multiple projects and communicate well with trades and clients.
Organised, proactive and confident working independently.
