Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experiencedSenior Lingerie Garment Technician / Technologistto join our Sydney technical team.
This is a hands-on senior role working across lingerie and intimate apparel, coveringfit, specifications, sample approvals, quality control and product development.
You will work closely with customers, factories, offshore offices and internal production teams to ensure products are delivered to the highest standard.
For the right person, this role offers the opportunity tomanage and lead an international technical and QC team, with a clear pathway into a broadermanagement careerwithin the business.

Key Responsibilities
Create and maintain detailed tech packs, specifications and fit reports.
Review and approve development, fit, pre-production and production samples.
Assess garment fit, construction, grading, workmanship and quality.
Liaise with offshore factories and offices to resolve technical issues.
Support product development from concept through to bulk production.
Manage critical timelines and ensure approvals are completed on schedule.
Work directly with customers and internal teams to deliver commercially successful products.
Support, mentor and, where appropriate, help lead international technical, QC and production teams.
About You




You will be an experienced lingerie or intimate apparel technician with strong technical knowledge, excellent attention to detail and the desire to grow in the career direction that suits you best.
You will ideally have:
Minimum10 years' experiencein lingerie, intimates, underwear, sleepwear or related apparel.
Strong fit, construction, pattern and specification skills.
Experience preparing tech packs, fit comments and production instructions.
Strong understanding of stretch fabrics, lace, trims, elastics and lingerie construction.
Experience working with offshore factories and suppliers.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organisational skills and ability to manage deadlines.
Confidence to work with customers, factories and international teams.
Either leadership ambition or a desire to continue growing as a senior technical specialist.
