What you will do
The Personal Care Worker is responsible for ensuring:




Personal care is provided in accordance with each resident's needs and preferences such as personal hygiene, continence care, mobility, eating & drinking etc.
Clinical Care such as medication support, basic dressings, and wound care, measuring vital signs etc
Social and recreational support such as assisting residents' family and visitors, and assisting residents attending activities.
Domestic services such as cleaning and serving meals,
Assessment and care planning such as completing care documentation, including progress notes and daily charts
Who are you and what will you bring?
Minimum Cert III in Aged Careor equivalent (or enrolled in same)
Adaptable availabilities, we are looking forCasualandHoliday Reliefcandidates
Unlimited working rights, please submit your application if you are anAustralian CitizenorPermanent Resident
Experience in providing daily care and activities to clients
Experience in working in an Aged Care setting
Currently hold and maintain anNDIS Worker Clearance(or willing to obtain)
Be passionate about delivering a person-centered approach to care
Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills
