About the role
A new opportunity has arisen for a People & Culture Administrator to play a key role in supporting NeuRA's people operations and recently implemented HRIS, Employment Hero.
This is a hands‐on, end‐to‐end HR administration role focused on delivering a seamless employee lifecycle experience - from recruitment, appointment and onboarding through to offboarding - while ensuring data accuracy and system integrity.
Working within a small and collaborative People & Culture team, this role is ideal for a proactive self-starter who enjoys balancing operational delivery with systems and process improvement.
Employee Lifecycle & HR Administration
Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment administration, contracts, variations, onboarding and offboarding
Ensure employees have access to People & Culture systems, tools and resources
Maintain accurate employee records and documentation in line with compliance requirements
Act as a first point of contact for People & Culture queries
HRIS (Employment Hero) Ownership
Act as the key administrator and subject matter expert for Employment Hero
Maintain data integrity and produce reporting and workforce insights
Support system users and troubleshoot queries
Identify opportunities to improve system functionality and user experience
HRIS Implementation & Projects
Support Phase 2 implementation (performance, goal setting, enhancements)
Assist with system rollouts, testing, training and change initiatives
Contribute to process mapping, automation and continuous improvement projects
About you
You are a confident and capable HR administrator who enjoys being the engine room of a People & Culture function.
You'll bring:
Previous experience in a HR / People & Culture Administration role
Hands‐on experience with Employment Hero (essential)
Strong understanding of employee lifecycle processes and HR systems
Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
A proactive, self‐starting approach – comfortable working in a small team
Strong interpersonal skills with the confidence to engage across all levels
A collaborative mindset and willingness to support beyond your core remit
