to join our growing team delivering high-quality infrastructure projects across Queensland.
We have exciting opportunities for:
Engineers with strong Utilities experience
for roles based on the
Sunshine Coast
(water, sewer, stormwater, and associated civil works).
Civil Engineers
for
FIFO / DIDO
positions on major regional projects across Queensland (roads, drainage, earthworks, and infrastructure).

About the Roles
You will play a key part in the planning, delivery, and successful close-out of civil and utilities infrastructure projects. Responsibilities will vary slightly by location and project phase, but you will be hands-on in coordinating engineering, construction, and commercial activities to achieve outstanding project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate civil engineering, utilities, and construction activities across project phases.
Manage subcontractors, labour, plant, progress claims, variations, and cost control.
Provide technical guidance and support to site teams and superintendents.
Monitor schedules, quality, safety, and environmental compliance.
Drive productivity, solve problems on site, and contribute to risk management and project controls.
Support client liaison, stakeholder engagement, and project handover.
What You'll Bring
Degree qualified in Civil Engineering (or equivalent).
Demonstrated experience as a Project Engineer, Site Engineer, or Senior Engineer in civil construction or utilities delivery.
For Sunshine Coast roles
: Strong background in utilities (water, sewer, stormwater),



council infrastructure, or water projects is highly regarded.
For FIFO roles
: Solid experience in roads, bridges, drainage, earthworks, or broader civil infrastructure.
Proven skills in subcontractor management, claims, variations, and site delivery.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership abilities.
Valid driver's licence and willingness to work on the Sunshine Coast or undertake FIFO/DIDO rosters.
CPEng or relevant industry certifications are advantageous.
