Sales Assistant – Grow into a Store Manager Role
We are currently seeking a highly motivated
Sales Assistant
to join our sales team at Snooze
Prospect
. The successful candidates will play a key role in driving sales growth and ensuring operational excellence.
This role requires flexibility, with shifts across agreed weekdays, weekends, and public holidays. Availability on both Saturday and Sunday is essential. For the right candidate, there is an chance to progress into a managerial role.

You already come with the following:
Effective communication skills, written and verbal
Leadership skills and the ability to build strong relationships with all team members
Adept with computer skills (experience with Pronto an advantage)
The necessary fitness to walk the floor throughout the day and the strength to carry heavy stock safely, from time to time
Retail experience in selling big-ticket items is preferred, but not essential
Exceptionally high standards of customer service




At Snooze, you'll be:
Building relationships with customers in order to provide expert sleep solutions
Collaborating with your team in the day-to-day store operations – you will be merchandising bedrooms, lifting stock, operating computers, and walking the floor, delivering an
awesome customer experience
