Alcoa Australia in Portland, Victoria, seeks an Electrical Maintenance Supervisor to lead our maintenance team in the Electrode area. Reporting to the Maintenance Superintendent, you will ensure protected, timely, cost-effective maintenance and optimise equipment availability for planned and unplanned work.
You will prepare annual budgets, monitor expenditure, supervise staff, plan maintenance, and drive safety improvements in line with REX and ABS principles.
