Morgana Walker Psychology is a new and growing private practice in Melbourne's inner north, with a vision to build a cooperative, multidisciplinary team to better support children, adolescents, adults, and families in our local community.
We are seeking experienced neuro-affirming Psychologists, Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, ADHD Coaches & Play Therapists who are aligned with our mission.

About the Role
This is a contractor position offering flexibility and autonomy, with the opportunity to help shape the direction of a new and evolving practice.
You will:
Provide assessment and/or therapeutic services to clients across the lifespan
Work independently while contributing to a developing multidisciplinary team
Have the opportunity to collaborate with other clinicians as the practice grows
Build and manage your own caseload (with support as referrals increase)

We're Looking For Clinicians Who:




Are fully registered with AHPRA (Psychologists & OTs) or Speech Pathology Australia (Speech Pathologists)
Have experience in private practice, community, or paediatric settings (preferred)
Work with a client-centred, strengths-based approach
Value collaboration, professionalism, and quality care
Are motivated, reliable, and able to work independently
Experience or interest in any of the following is highly regarded:
Neurodevelopmental assessments (e.g., ASD, ADHD)
Early intervention
School-based or family-focused work
NDIS clients and report writing
