The Golf Sanctuary is seeking a qualified and customer-focused
Food & Beverage Attendant
to join our team in a multifaceted role that includes
reception duties and supervision of TrackMan simulators
. This position is integral to delivering a seamless and premium guest experience across all areas of the venue.
Position Overview
Reporting to the
Food & Beverage Manager
, the Food & Beverage Attendant will be responsible for providing high-quality service in food and beverage operations, while also managing front-of-house reception duties and overseeing the effective use of TrackMan simulator bays. The role requires a proactive individual with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver professional and efficient food and beverage service to guests
Prepare and serve beverages and light food offerings in accordance with venue standards
Manage reception duties, including guest check-in/check-out, bookings, and enquiries
Operate booking systems and handle payments accurately
Provide guidance and basic support to guests using TrackMan simulators




Monitor simulator usage to ensure sessions run on time and equipment is used appropriately
Maintain cleanliness and presentation of front-of-house areas, including simulator bays
Work collaboratively with kitchen and management teams to ensure smooth operations
Uphold high standards of customer service and guest engagement at all times
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and responsible service of alcohol (RSA) requirements
Selection Criteria
Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or a similar front-facing role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Competence in handling bookings, POS systems, and cash transactions
Interest in golf or willingness to learn TrackMan technology (highly regarded)
Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification (required)
Professional presentation and a customer-first approach
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
