You will be the first point of contact, delivering warm, qualified service to patients while supporting clinical and administrative operations.
Responsibilities include greeting patients, handling calls, scheduling across practitioners, managing records, and processing payments.
Experience in medical reception and familiarity with Best Practice, Gentu or Cliniko are highly valued.
