Southern Cross Care NSW & ACT is seeking a Quality Care Systems Manager to cover maternity leave across NSW aged care facilities and home care services. Based in Sydney South East, you will lead quality improvement initiatives, audits, and governance activities to uphold regulatory compliance and resident-focused care.
You will mentor facility managers, analyse data, prepare reports for senior management, and drive continuous improvement through staff education and policy development.
