An internal promotion has created an opportunity for an ambitious construction professional to join one of Melbourne's well-established commercial builders. Whether you're a Senior Contract Administrator ready to lead your own projects, a Senior Project Coordinator in Tier 1 looking for more ownership, or an experienced Project Manager from a Tier 3 builder, this role offers the chance to take the next step in your career.

The Project
Your first project will be a multi-level apartment development valued at approximately $100M, working alongside an experienced Construction Manager and established delivery team. From there, you'll continue working across high-quality residential developments throughout Melbourne.
The Role
Reporting directly to the Construction Manager, you'll take ownership of all commercial and delivery aspects of your project, including:
Design management
Head contract administration
Subcontract management
Cost planning and forecasting




Programme management
Client and consultant liaison
Project reporting
Leading and mentoring the project team
This is a genuine Project Manager role with responsibility from project commencement through to completion.
We're Looking For
This opportunity would suit someone who is:
A Senior Contract Administrator ready to become a Project Manager
A Senior Project Coordinator from a Tier 1 contractor wanting greater ownership
A Project Manager from a Tier 3 builder looking to join a larger business
To be considered you will have:
Proven experience delivering
multi-level apartment projects
Solid commercial and contractual knowledge
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
The ability to build relationships with consultants, subcontractors and clients
A genuine desire to progress your career
