Edmen Community Staffing Solutions is seeking casual Residential Youth Workers to support children and young people in out-of-home care in NSW. The role focuses on safety, stability and compassionate, trauma-informed support for youths exhibiting challenging behaviours due to trauma and neurodiversity.
Rostered shifts are planned in advance with additional emergency/ad hoc shifts available. You'll work with a dedicated team to foster independence, health management, and community engagement for
