What's on offer:
$80,000 – $105,000 + Super (with $**** increase for Saturday work)
Mixed caseload: approx. 70% paediatrics / 30% adults (paeds-focused option available)
Hybrid working: clinic + community
About the Role:
You'll be working across a varied but manageable caseload, primarily paediatrics, with the flexibility to reduce or remove adult clients if preferred. The work is therapy-focused, with minimal emphasis on heavy report writing.
You'll support clients with:
Speech, language and communication needs
Emotional regulation and social communication
Referrals come through a mix of NDIS, Medicare, iCare, Workers Comp and aged care, giving you great exposure without overwhelming complexity.

Structured 3-month ramp-up for new starters




Clear onboarding plan with ongoing check-ins
Dedicated admin team + diary support to get you started
Team Leader support (Grade 1–3 structure in place)
Weekly and ad hoc supervision when needed
You'll initially receive support with diary management, before transitioning to managing your own schedule with autonomy.
