About the Role
We are seeking experienced and motivated Registered Nurses to join the team at our Ocean Star Residential Aged Care Facility in Bunbury on a casual basis, with availability to work various morning, afternoon and night shifts (including weekends).
Situated opposite the Indian Ocean, Ocean Star offers the unique opportunity to work in a coastal aged care community in the South West. Known for its welcoming atmosphere and strong sense of connection, the residence provides a supportive environment where team members make a genuine difference in residents' lives every day.
About you
You embody Catholic Homes values of love, hospitality, excellence and joy, and combine clinical excellence with genuine compassion, ensuring residents receive high-quality care that respects their individuality, dignity and choices.
In addition, you will have:
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
Ability to deliver high-quality nursing, clinical, personal and end-of-life care in accordance with resident care plans.
Experience in completing resident assessments and developing, reviewing and evaluating care plans.
Robust clinical judgement to identify changing resident needs and coordinate appropriate referrals.
Leadership skills with the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and support best-practice care.




A genuine passion for caring for older people and enhancing their quality of life.
A positive, enthusiastic and resident-focused approach.
Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills.
A commitment to maintaining high standards of care and professional practice.
Previous experience in aged care, health care or community care (desirable).
