Day to day you will
Resolve complex, escalated air and GDS issues that Level 1 support can't crack
Work fluently across Sabre, Amadeus, Travelport and TPConnects
Review and lift the quality of resolutions delivered by offshore providers and AI agents
Build consultant capability through our knowledge content and self‐service tools
Spot patterns in escalations and flag to fix the root cause
You'll be perfect if you

Multi‐GDS classic experience is a big advantage
