Shift hours
Shift 1 6:00 am - 2:30 pm
Shift 2 5:30 am - 2:00 pm
Shift 3 10:00 am - 6:30 pm overtime till 8 pm

About the Role
Need to be able to work overtime and weekends
Operating a forklift when needed
Helping out with different work areas
Loading and unloading steel products onto an overhead hoist or conveyor
Preparing and wiring steel products prior to galvanising
Assisting with dipping, draining, and cooling processes
Finishing coated steel using hand tools, grinders,



or polishers
Operating or assisting with gantry cranes (training provided)
Quality checking and packaging finished products
Maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient work area
About You
To succeed in this position, you should have:
Previous experience in a galvanising, metal coating, or factory production environment (highly regarded)
A forklift licence is highly regarded
Ability to lift steel items up to 20kg
Valuable understanding of safe work practices in manufacturing
Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions
Current driver's licence and reliable transport
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol screen
Full working rights in Australia (no restrictions)
