Working as the Health Worker Advanced - Outreach you will:

Lead culturally respectful child health programs that empower families and strengthen communities
Deliver impactful initiatives including health checks, immunisations, education, and prevention programs
Champion healthy lifestyles through nutrition, activity, and parenting support
Guide and mentor health workers while managing resources and driving service excellence
Work with autonomy, using initiative and sound judgement to solve problems and improve outcomes
Uphold high standards of care, ensuring safe, quality, and meaningful health services for children and families
