The role
We are seeking a passionate and organised DEI & WellbeingAdvisor to support the delivery of Norton Rose FulbrightAustralia's Diversity, Equity & Inclusion and Wellbeingstrategy.
Reporting to the DEI & Wellbeing Manager based in Melbourne, youwill be part of a collaborative People & Culture team and workclosely with DEI colleagues, employee networks and stakeholdersacross Australia and our wider global business, including the EMEADEI & Wellbeing team based in London.
You Will play a key role in coordinating initiatives across thefirm's core DEI and wellbeing pillars, including Gender Equality,Cultural Diversity, LGBTIQ+ Inclusion, Disability Confidence,People with Caring Responsibilities, and Mental Health &Wellbeing.;
This is a varied and hands-on role, combining projectcoordination, event management, communications, stakeholderengagement and wellbeing program support. Based in our Sydneyoffice, you will work closely with employee networks, committees,People & Culture and external partners to help bring our DEI andwellbeing initiatives to life and contribute to an inclusive andsupportive workplace culture.
The position offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure toboth local and global DEI and wellbeing initiatives within one ofthe world's leading law firms.
Responsibilities
Support the delivery of the firm's DEI and Wellbeingstrategy and annual program of initiatives.




Coordinate internal campaigns and events aligned to keydiversity and wellbeing dates, including International Women'sDay, Pride Month, Wear It Purple, R U OK? Day, Carers Week andWorld Mental Health Month.
Assist with the planning and delivery of training sessions,workshops, panel discussions and awareness events.
Draft and coordinate internal communications, intranetcontent, promotional materials and event communications.
Support employee networks, committees and working groupsacross the firm's Australian offices.
Assist with the preparation of external accreditation andbenchmarking submissions, including AWEI, WGEA and FamilyFriendly Workplace reporting.
Coordinate relationships and activities with external DEIand wellbeing partners and industry organisations.
Assist with employee survey administration, reporting andthe analysis of feedback and engagement the delivery of mental health and wellbeinginitiatives, including Mental Health First Aid programs andpsychological safety activities.
Assist in coordinating wellbeing support programs andexternal providers.
Support the development of DEI and wellbeing resources,policies and communications.
Provide project coordination and administrative supportacross multiple DEI and wellbeing initiativessimultaneously.
Requirements
Experience in DEI, wellbeing, HR, People & Culture,employee experience, learning & development, internalcommunications, events or a related field.
Demonstrated passion for diversity, inclusion,



mentalhealth and employee wellbeing.
Strong coordination and project management skills, with theability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience coordinating events, programs, campaigns oremployee engagement initiatives.
Strong stakeholder management and relationship-buildingskills.
High attention to detail and strong organisationalcapability.
A proactive and team-oriented approach with a willingnessto roll up your sleeves and get involved.
Experience within professional services, legal, consultingor corporate environments will be highly regarded but is notessential.
Flexibility to support occasional events outside standardbusiness hours when required.
