What you'll do
Oversee and coordinate a variety of ICT projects and product initiatives, ensuring they are delivered on time and meet the organization's objectives.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to assess needs, devise innovative solutions, and implement strategies that improve service delivery.
Develop comprehensive project plans that outline scope, timelines, resources, and budgets, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned.
Facilitate regular project meetings to track progress, address challenges, and maintain clear communication among team members and stakeholders.
Monitor project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, making adjustments as necessary to ensure successful outcomes.
Prepare and present project updates and reports to senior management and other stakeholders, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
Foster a collaborative environment that encourages team members to share ideas and contribute to project success.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and standards throughout the project lifecycle, maintaining a focus on quality and risk management.
Requirements
At least 5 years of experience in product and project management within the ICT industry, demonstrating a solid understanding of the field.
A proven history of successfully managing complex projects from initiation through to completion, showcasing your ability to deliver results.
In-depth knowledge of various project management methodologies and tools, enabling you to apply the most effective approaches to your work.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
A relevant degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline, providing a solid foundation for your expertise.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
