About You
You'll be someone who:
Loves providing exceptional customer service
Has a warm, positive and professional manner
Enjoys working as part of a supportive team
Can remain calm and organised in a busy environment
Takes pride in attention to detail
Is reliable, proactive and willing to learn
Values patient care and professionalism
Previous experience in a medical reception role and knowledge of Best Practice software will be highly regarded, however applicants with strong customer service skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
