The Junction Works is seeking a solid Team Leader to oversee Supported Independent Living homes in Southwest Sydney.
You will lead a dedicated team of Disability Support Workers and ensure person-centred, safe supports for up to four participants within one home.
Your leadership will drive quality service delivery and improve resident outcomes.
You will coach staff, manage incidents and reporting to meet NDIS standards while fostering a positive workplace culture and ongoing team development.
