Position 1 – Security Team Leader (Level 3)
This is a
working leadership role
combining operational security work with workforce rostering and coordination responsibilities.
Typical Structure
• 3–4 operational
night shifts per week
• 1 - 2 administration day
Operational duties involve
hotel security and mobile patrol operations across the Gold Coast.
Pay & Employment Options
The role may be offered as:
Permanent Part-Time – Level 3 (Preferred)
Casual – Level 3
Casual rates include
25% loading plus applicable night and weekend penalty rates
.
The successful applicant may also
elect to pick up additional operational shifts
, allowing total hours to increase
up to approximately 38 hours per week where required.
Responsibilities
• Staff rostering and shift allocation
• Managing sick calls and shift replacements
• Supporting operational security staff
• Working operational
hotel security and mobile patrol shifts
• Maintaining compliance with licensing and operational standards

QLD Security Licence

NSW Security Licence
(NSW licensing is beneficial as part of our operational deployment structure.)




Position 2 – Security Officers (Level 1)
EPS is also seeking skilled
Security Officers
to support our operational contracts in Kingscliff and on the Gold Coast.
Duties Include
•
Hotel security operations
•
Mobile patrol security
• Night shift patrols and incident response
• Maintaining site security and reporting

Previous experience in
