This maximum-term, full-time role (38 hours per week) oversees the 24/7 DFV intake line and leads a team of DFV Practitioners on a rotating roster across morning, afternoon and night shifts.
You will ensure high-quality service delivery, compliance with frameworks and risk management, and engage with partners to achieve positive outcomes.
A tertiary qualification in Social Work or related field is required.
