Commercial Leading Hand Plumber

About the Role
As a Commercial Leading Hand Plumber, you will be responsible for leading a team on commercial plumbing projects, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. You will work closely with project managers, apprentices, and clients to deliver outstanding results.
What You'll Be Doing
Lead and supervise plumbing teams on commercial projects.
Read and interpret plans and specifications.
Coordinate daily site activities and manage workloads.
Ensure projects are completed on schedule and to a high standard.
Maintain a strong focus on workplace health and safety.
Mentor apprentices and support team development.
Communicate effectively with builders, site supervisors, and project managers.
What We're Looking For




Qualified and licensed plumber.
Proven experience in commercial plumbing.
Previous experience leading a team or acting as a leading hand.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to read plans and solve problems on site.
Current White Card.
Current driver's licence.
Excellent work ethic with a positive, can-do attitude.
