Legal Assistant - Superannuation and Insurance

We're now on the lookout for an
energetic and proactive Legal Assistant
to join our growing Brisbane team. This role will suit a bright and driven law student, currently in their 2nd-3rd year of their degree and able to commit
at least
3 days per week, with flexibility to increase during study-free periods.

Our team are entrusted with the responsibility of working closely with clients to assist in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of claims. Working very closely with our team of lawyers on complex claims and litigation matters, collating and organizing client information, correspondence with funds and insurers, managing client matters and tasks via the practice management system.
Skills and experience
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following:
Strong client customer service skills
Excellent organization and time management skills.
Enjoy taking initiative and able to work as part of a team and autonomously.
Training and support will be given to the right candidate; however previous customer service and administration experience will be highly regarded.
