You will guide, support, and motivate participants ontheir journey to employment, while developing strong relationships withemployers and support organisations.
Your Key Responsibilities will include:
Utilising a person-centredapproach to tailor services and support participants into meaningful employment
Developing positive partnershipswith local employers to create meaningful employment opportunities forparticipants
Enhancing employabilitythrough referral to support services and training
Providing in-employmentsupport to sustain employment
Marketing your participants'skills to prospective employers
Achieving programperformance and quality benchmarks
Keeping detailed, accuraterecords and adhering to all compliance requirements
Actively participating inthe local community to promote services
