Appointment / Patient Experience Coordinator Fine Orthodontist

At Fine Orthodontist, every interaction counts. From the moment a patient walks
through the door or calls us, we want them to feel genuinely welcomed, cared for
and confident they're in the right place. We're looking for someone naturally warm
and engaging who's equally comfortable running a busy front desk — a true people
person with the organisational skills to keep the day flowing smoothly.
Dental or orthodontic experience is welcome but not essential. If you have
outstanding customer service skills and a positive attitude, we'll provide
comprehensive training in our systems and procedures.
You're someone who:
Has a bright, positive personality and loves helping people
Communicates confidently in person, over the phone and in writing
Stays calm and solutions-focused when handling difficult situations
Has excellent emotional intelligence across a wide range of personalities
Is organised, well presented and detail-oriented




Takes initiative and works well independently and in a team
What you'd be doing:
Welcoming patients and creating an exceptional first impression
Managing appointments and scheduling efficiently
Answering phone and email enquiries
Supporting patients and parents throughout their orthodontic journey
Managing accounts and payments
Liaising with clinicians, referring dentists and specialists

This is a full time position, Monday to Friday.
