You are a qualified, experienced Early Childhood Teacher who is:
Naturally talented and passionate about early childhood education
Skilled at building strong, collaborative relationships with families and your team
Able to create an unhurried, peaceful classroom "vibe" filled with positive energy
A confident communicator who engages openly with families
Inspired by creating beautiful, engaging learning environments that spark curiosity
Competent in documentation and managing the operational aspects of the role
Willing to mentor colleagues and share your strengths with the team

Selection Criteria:




A Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood) or an approved ACECQA early childhood teaching qualification
Current CPR, First Aid, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications
A valid Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
Completed and current Child Protection Training
Strong knowledge of the National Quality Standard (NQS), Early Years Learning Framework, and the QLD Kindergarten Learning Guidelines
Availability Monday to Friday
Ability to work open and close shifts as required
A genuine passion for early childhood education
