We are a proud Tasmanian not-for-profit childcare provider of Long Day Care, Outside School Hours Care, Vacation Care services. and state-wide Family Day Care services. We encourage outdoor and self-directed play, getting messy and having fun within caring and safe boundaries.

Duties will include,
but are not limited to:
Assist in ensuring that the program promotes children's agency, choices and influence
Actively support every child to participate in the program
Ensure a secure and stimulating physical environment where all staff and children are protected from hazards or harm
Ensure adequate supervision practices are adhered to at all times
Develop and maintain respectful, supportive and collaborative relationships with families and community
Ensure all practices are in accordance with the NQF and reflect the philosophy, policies and procedures of the Organisation
The successful applicant will ideally have:
Certificate III in Children's Service, or higher, or actively working towards Diploma qualifications
Current First Aid Qualification, and preparedness to maintain and renew as required
Demonstrated experience in the education and care of children aged 0 to 12 years
Demonstrated experience and ability to establish warm nurturing and responsive relationships with children and to sensitively meet their needs
Hold a valid Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) card
Undertake a pre-employment medical assessment
