About The Role
We're seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of major industrial protective coating projects across Victoria. Reporting directly to the Production Manager, you'll manage multiple large-scale projects from inception to completion ensuring they're delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
In this role, you'll coordinate teams, subcontractors, and clients while maintaining strong alignment with production and operations teams to support project success and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end project delivery across major infrastructure and industrial coating contracts.
Plan, schedule, and oversee project execution,



ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
Coordinate with factory operations, logistics, and supply chain to meet project requirements.
Lead subcontractors, and suppliers to achieve safety, quality, and performance targets.
Identify risks, implement mitigation strategies, and ensure compliance with WHS and quality standards.
Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment.
Prepare and analyse project reports, budgets, and progress updates for senior management.
Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes and outcomes.
About You
Proven success in project management within manufacturing, industrial coatings, or construction environments.
Strong leadership, planning, and stakeholder management skills.
Hands-on, solutions-focused, and capable of managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.
Thorough understanding of WHS, compliance, and quality assurance systems.
Commercially astute, with the ability to manage budgets and contribute to business growth.
