Haven Agents are seeking a motivated and experienced Property Manager to join our growing team on a
permanent part time or full-time basis

About You
You are organised, proactive, and personable, with values that align with our collaborative and client-focused culture. You will have a minimum of 2 years' experience managing a residential portfolio end-to-end and meet the following requirements:
Valid driver's licence
Current Police Check
Agent's Representative Certificate




Strong ability to work collaboratively within a team
Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
Confident communication skills and strong computer literacy
This fulfilling role will include the following key tasks:
End to end property management with access to Virtual Assistant
Preparing legal documents pertaining to residential leasing
Requesting quotes and placing work orders for maintenance
Compliance with the regulations as per Residential Tenancies Act
Organise and attend Routine inspections
Monitor Rental Arrears
Saturday Inspections
