Job Description
This is a rare opportunity to lead high-profile national campaigns, shape the future of one of Australia's most recognised automotive retail brands, and drive innovative marketing across Advertising, Media, Digital, Social, Content and Customer Experience.
You'll work with a talented Marketing & Digital Team, leading agencies and major automotive brands to create bold, commercially focused campaigns that inspire millions of drivers, while delivering real business growth. If you're a strategic marketer who thrives on fast-paced retail, championing amazing customer expereinces, and the chance to leave your mark on an iconic Australian brand, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the development and execution of marketing strategies, trading plans and promotional campaigns across Autobarn, Autopro, Midas, ABS and Opposite Lock
Manage and develop a team of marketing, social media and content professionals, fostering a high-performance and growth-focused culture
Manage media planning, advertising, sponsorships, major events and local area marketing programs to maximise brand awareness and commercial outcomes
Oversee social media, influencer and content strategies that enhance customer engagement, brand advocacy and revenue growth
Partner with Retail Operations, Merchandise, Finance, Digital and Ecommerce Teams to align marketing initiatives with broader business objectives
Manage relationships with media, creative, digital and production agencies to ensure best-in-class campaign execution
Own marketing budget management,



performance reporting and campaign effectiveness analysis across all retail brands
Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders and provide strategic marketing leadership across the Retail business
Qualifications
You are a passionate marketing leader with extensive experience managing retail marketing programs and leading high-performing teams.
You will bring:
Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Business or a related discipline
10+ years' experience in retail marketing, brand management or integrated marketing leadership roles
Proven experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns across traditional and digital channels
Strong experience working with media, creative, production and digital agencies
Expertise across paid media, social media, content marketing and customer engagement strategies
Experience managing significant marketing budgets and driving measurable commercial outcomes
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organisation
Demonstrated success leading and developing high performing teams in a fast-paced environment
