to join our expanding team, servicing
NSW insurance repairs, and residential maintenance works
across Sydney.
This full-time role involves carrying out day-to-day responsive repairs, planned maintenance, and minor building works in tenanted and vacant residential properties. You will be working across a variety of homes, villas, apartments, and complexes, supported by a professional scheduling and management team.

NSW insurance repairs, and residential maintenance works
across Sydney.
This full-time role involves carrying out day-to-day responsive repairs, planned maintenance, and minor building works in tenanted and vacant residential properties. You will be working across a variety of homes, villas, apartments, and complexes, supported by a professional scheduling and management team.
What You'll Be Doing
Carry out general residential maintenance repairs including patching, painting, plastering, basic plumbing, and minor tiling
Complete carpentry tasks such as door repairs and replacements, frames, architraves, skirting, flooring, shelving, and general timber works
Attend responsive/emergency repairs and make-safes when required
Diagnose maintenance issues and provide clear recommendations
Deliver professional, respectful service within tenanted properties
Maintain a protected, clean work environment and follow all WHS and housing compliance requirements




Liaise with schedulers and supervisors for daily job updates and reporting through our job management system
What We're Looking For
Several years of experience as a Handyman or Carpenter, ideally within
residential maintenance, social housing, strata, or insurance repair environments
Broad skillset across general building repairs (doors, patching, locks, painting, basic plumbing, gyprock, minor tiling etc.)
Strong understanding of Australian building codes, WHS principles, and safe work practices
Excellent communication skills and ability to work professionally around tenants and vulnerable residents
Ability to work independently and reliably manage a daily schedule
Valid NSW Driver's Licence
Valid
Individual Contractor Licence OR relevant trade qualification
Own tools (handyman/carpentry kit)
White Card and Police Check (or willingness to obtain). WWCC optional for housing but preferred.
