We have an exciting prospect for a passionate and dedicated Contact Officer to join our team, supporting a broad range of clients through complex challenges as they undertake their Australian Apprenticeship. This is a full-time opportunity, with the successful candidate splitting their time between our shared working spaces, home office and site visits as required. The successful applicants will be supporting our Australian Apprentices in NSW.

Mas National are an Apprentice Connect Provider and is contracted by the Australian Government Department of Employment and Workplace Relations (DEWR) to deliver Australian Apprenticeship Support Services (AASS) services across QLD, NSW, ACT, SA and TAS. Our knowledgeable and passionate team support employers, stakeholders and individuals from pre-commencement through to completion of an apprenticeship or traineeship.
About the Role
Contact Officer play a very important role in the management of Australian apprenticeships/traineeships by promoting pathways to meet Australian workforce development needs.
Contact Officer also provide a high level of consistent customer service to our Apprentices/Trainees,
employers and key stakeholders through provision of advice, training contract administration and monitoring.
These autonomous positions are exceptionally rewarding and include a company-maintained vehicle, phone and laptop. Mas also provides fantastic work/life balance opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Performing contact visits to apprentices and trainees
Monitor active Apprentices and Trainees, supporting them through to a successful completion
Develop and maintain strong industry links and stakeholder engagement
To be successful in this role, you will need:
An understanding of the Australian Apprenticeship system and VET sector (highly desirable)
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships
Proven experience in providing high levels of customer service to clients
Highly motivated and outcome focused
Strong time management and organisational skills
Strong Microsoft office skillset
Current and valid driver's license
Applicants must be eligible to work in Australia. A current Working with Children and National Police Check is required
