The Opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate Pastry Chef de Partie to join the team at Reine & La Rue. Working alongside experienced chefs in one of Melbourne's most celebrated dining rooms, you'll contribute to a refined pastry offering that celebrates exceptional seasonal produce, technical excellence and thoughtful execution. This is an opportunity to develop yourself within a collaborative, high-performing kitchen committed to quality and continuous improvement.
Our ideal candidate will have




A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Pastry Chef in a premium or hatted restaurant.
Strong technical pastry skills with experience across plated desserts, preparation and service.
Excellent organisation and time management skills, with the ability to perform in a rapid-paced service environment.
The drive to continually learn, develop and contribute to a culture of excellence.
