Toyworld Australia is seeking an innovative and commercially minded Marketing Manager to lead our national marketing function. About the Role
Reporting to the Head of Product & Brand, you will be responsible for developing and executing Toyworld's national marketing strategy across print, digital and in-store channels. You will lead integrated campaigns that strengthen our brand, drive customer engagement and support commercial growth.
Working closely with internal stakeholders, agencies, suppliers, licensors and Toyworld members, you'll ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on budget and to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement Toyworld's national and company store marketing strategy and annual marketing calendar
Lead integrated marketing campaigns across catalogue, print, digital, EDM and social media
Manage creative agencies, production partners and external suppliers
Oversee catalogue production, promotional campaigns and point-of-sale material
Drive digital marketing direction and collaborate closely with the eCommerce team




Champion Toyworld's brand standards and ensure consistency across all customer touchpoints
Build strong relationships with Toyworld members, supporting local marketing initiatives and increasing campaign participation
Monitor campaign performance, analyse results and optimise future marketing investment
Manage the marketing budget and deliver measurable commercial outcomes
Lead and develop the Assistant Marketing Manager while fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
About You
You are an emerging marketing leader who combines creativity with commercial thinking. You enjoy working in a fast-paced retail environment where every campaign makes an impact.
You will ideally have:
Proven experience in a marketing management role
Experience developing and delivering integrated marketing campaigns across print and digital channels
Strong retail, consumer or franchise marketing experience
Excellent project management and organisational skills
Outstanding stakeholder management and communication abilities
Experience managing agencies, budgets and marketing performance
Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and develop others
A tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related discipline will be highly regarded.
