The Diocese of Sale Catholic Education Limited (DOSCEL) is seeking a Company Secretary and General Counsel to manage DOSCEL as a corporate entity, oversee governance frameworks, provide company secretariat services and legal counsel to the Board and its Committees.
You will act as principal legal adviser supporting the Executive Director and Board in managing complex matters, disputes, investigations and litigation, while upholding Catholic values and child safety.
