The Chance
As Community Sales Manager, you'll balance people leadership with community engagement and business development, helping grow the organisation's presence across Sydney while leading an experienced multicultural team.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach and develop a team of Sales Consultants and an Administrator.
Drive team performance through coaching, mentoring and sales development.
Build and maintain strong relationships with Vietnamese community organisations, temples and referral partners.
Represent the organisation at community events, cultural celebrations, educational seminars and networking opportunities.
Work collaboratively with Marketing and Operational teams to strengthen community engagement initiatives.
Support families by providing thoughtful guidance and personalised memorial planning solutions that respect cultural traditions.




Identify opportunities to grow community partnerships and expand the organisation's presence across Sydney.
About You
You'll thrive in this role if you genuinely enjoy leading people, connecting with your community and building long-term relationships.
We're interested in leaders from a range of industries, including retail, banking, property, aged care, hospitality, automotive, insurance, telecommunications or other customer-focused environments.
You'll bring:
Previous leadership experience in a sales or customer-focused environment.
Fluent Vietnamese language skills (spoken and written) are essential.
Mandarin and/or Cantonese language skills will be highly regarded.
Strong relationship-building and networking skills.
Experience developing business, referral or community partnerships.
A passion for coaching and developing high-performing teams.
Commercial acumen with the ability to drive team performance.
Confidence using Microsoft Office and CRM or sales systems.
A current unrestricted driver's licence.
A compassionate and professional approach when supporting families through key life decisions.
