To be successful in the role you need
To have a minimum of 1 + years of work experience
Diploma or Certificate III (or working towards)
First Aid with CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training
Ability to teach and perform programming duties (i.e. daily journals, learning stories)
Passion, enthusiasm and a strong commitment to high quality care

Care and Education: Provide nurturing care and developmentally appropriate education to children in accordance with our centre's philosophy and guidelines.
Curriculum Implementation: Assist in planning and implementing a curriculum that supports the holistic development of each child, incorporating play-based learning and intentional teaching.
Observation and Documentation: Conduct regular observations and document each child's progress, strengths, and areas for growth, ensuring that individual needs are met.
Parent Engagement: Build strong, positive relationships with parents and caregivers, keeping them informed about their child's development and involving them in the learning process.
Classroom Environment: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment, ensuring that all health and safety regulations are followed.
