We are looking for a
Food & Beverage Attendant
who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
About the Role
As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you will be part of a professional and energetic team providing outstanding service across multiple areas of the venue, including:
Cafe counter service offering in person and QR code ordering
High-volume grab-and-go café and beverage service.
Function and group dining service.
Clearing, resetting and maintaining dining areas.
Operating POS systems and handling customer transactions.
Preparing and serving hot and cold beverages.
Assisting with opening and closing procedures.
Maintaining exceptional cleanliness and food safety standards.
Working collaboratively with both Front of House and Kitchen teams to deliver an outstanding guest experience.

What We're Looking For
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Previous Food & Beverage experience in a busy café, restaurant or hospitality venue.
Outstanding customer service skills with a friendly and professional attitude.
Experience working in high-volume service environments.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
The ability to remain calm under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to assist wherever required.
Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, public holidays and peak tourism periods.
Current RSA (or willingness to obtain before commencing).
Desirable
Multi-outlet or kiosk/counter-service experience.
Multilingual skills are an advantage, as we welcome visitors from around the world.
Coffee making is highly regarded.
Hold Food Safety or Food Handler Certificates.
