We work in partnership with schools and communityorganisations to deliver leadership development programs usingadventure-based and experiential learning to build personal andsocial capability.

Reporting to theBornhoffen Program Service Manager,



you will lead and deliver safeand effective experiential learning and adventure-based programsfor young people.
It may also include some support functions suchas program planning and logistics.

AboutYou
Recognisedindustry accreditation and experience across various adventureactivity disciplines e.g. Cert IV in Outdoor Recreation,etc
Experience inoutdoor education, with the ability to facilitate groups of avariety of ages, backgrounds and towards programgoals
Current ManualDrivers' License and an ability to drive in a variety ofterrain and off-road conditions
Hold a currentFirst Aid and CPR certificate (or able to obtain at awilderness level)
Ability totravel including overnight stays as required
