About us
Central Queensland Mental Health, Alcohol and Other Drugs Service (CQMHAODS), we're passionate about helping people live well.
Our Adult Community Services Team supports people with complex mental health needs across Rockhampton and the Capricorn Coast, delivering recovery-focused care in homes, clinics and the community.
Working alongside inpatient teams, primary care providers and community partners, you'll help people build independence, achieve their recovery goals and access the support they need to thrive.

About the role
Use your clinical expertise to support high-quality mental health and alcohol and other drugs services for young people aged *****.
Bridge the gap between child, youth and adult services, creating smoother transitions and better support when young people need it most.
Champion a "no wrong door" approach, helping young people access timely, versatile and person-centred care.
Build strong connections between Headspace and CQMHAODS to create seamless pathways and better outcomes for young people.
Bring your ideas, leadership and passion to a role where you can influence positive change and make a lasting impact.
About you
The relevant qualifications, registration and endorsements required to practise in your profession.
A relevant postgraduate qualification and/or experience in mental health would be highly valued,



with Authorised Mental Health Practitioner eligibility under the Mental Health Act **** a bonus.
Strong mental health experience, with specialist knowledge of supporting adolescents and young people aged ***** with complex mental health and alcohol and other drug needs.
Confidence in using your clinical expertise, professional judgement and problem-solving skills to navigate complex situations and deliver great outcomes.
What we offer
Total remuneration value of up to $87,103 p.a. is comprised of:
An hourly rate between $***** - $***** p.h.
*****% employer superannuation contribution
17.5% leave loading
