The opportunity
Work directly alongside Tim Darcy and Andrew Prowse across a broad range of commercial campaigns. Depending on your experience, you could step straight into managing your own campaigns or build towards that with hands‐on mentoring from senior agents active in the market every day.
Day to day, you'll be:
Conducting inspections and managing enquiry across active campaigns
Negotiating terms with vendors, landlords, tenants and purchasers
Prospecting and building relationships with investors, owner‐occupiers, tenants and developers
Preparing submissions, proposals and market appraisals
Putting together marketing packages for some of Geelong's most sought‐after assets
Managing pipeline and client relationships through our CRM, Surga Central
About you




We're looking for someone who is commercially minded — a smart operator who is loyal to the team and the work. Whether your background is in residential or commercial real estate, if you're ready to learn fast and build something long‐term, we want to hear from you.
You'll bring:
A current Victorian Agent's Representative certificate or Full Real Estate Licence
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Skilled presentation and confidence with clients
A genuine interest in commercial property, business, and negotiation — this isn't a 9-5
Comfort using AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude to work efficiently
A current driver's licence and your own vehicle
