The Company
Successful Australian manufacturer with offices across Australia, employing blue and white collar staff.
The Role
Reporting to the People & Culture Manager, you will have full responsibility for managing weekly and monthly payroll for staff around Australia. Your responsibilities include:




managing two weekly and one monthly payroll for 300 staff, interpreting an EBA, Awards and employment contracts using MicrOpay and UKG time and attendance.
managing current starters, variations, terminations, redundancies and resignations.
reconciling payroll accounts.
production of monthly and ad hoc payroll reporting.
investigation and resolution of payroll problems.
provision of payroll service to all members of staff.
The Candidate
To be successful in your application, you will:
have at least five years end to end payroll experience, ideally within a white and blue collar environment.
be available to work Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, with a choice of the fourth day.
be approachable and keen to deliver service to your internal customers.
