Senior Brand Manager – Coffee Portfolio
Our client is offering a rare chance for a commercially sharp, insight‐driven marketer to take full ownership of a flagship coffee portfolio within a global brand.
This role is ideal for an experienced Senior Brand Manager seeking a fresh category challenge - or a high‐performing Brand Manager ready to step confidently into their next career move.
You will lead the end‐to‐end strategy, innovation and growth agenda across fully automatic machines, capsule systems and the broader coffee ecosystem.
This is a high‐visibility role with genuine scope, autonomy and influence.
You will also manage a Brand Manager, ensuring the entire portfolio remains cohesive, competitive and consumer‐led across the following pillars:
Lead portfolio strategy, lifecycle management and channel alignmen




Translate insights into sharp positioning and commercially effective brand plans
Drive product development, approvals and launch excellence
Deliver integrated campaigns across paid, owned and earned channels
Own media strategy and influencer partnerships to build reach, credibility and cultural relevance
Manage budgets, stakeholders and timelines with clarity and confidence
You are a strategic, commercially minded marketer with strong executional discipline and a solutions‐focused mindset.
You bring data fluency, excellent communication skills and the ability to influence cross‐functional teams.
