Key responsibilities
Lead projects and teams with a focus in the education sector
Work closely with Principals on the successful winning and delivery of projects
Focus on schools, childcares and possibly tertiary clients
Develop the skills of others within your team
Work closely with clients and stakeholder groups
Lead and collaborate on the design of education facilities
Take on existing live projects but also expand pipeline in NSW
Skills and experience
Min of 10 years experience gained in well regarded studios




Demonstrated experience on education projects (independant schools)
Ability to manage staff
Mentor staff in career and team based activities
Be pro-active in business development activities
Have a high customer service focus
High level written and verbal communication skills
Commercial acumen
Relationships with education clients
